No. One login can be used for both roles. You simply select your role before logging in.
It’s highly recommended to fill all required information accurately. This increases your chances of matching with a suitable buyer or seller.
Yes. If you include your contact number or email ID in the entry fields, Admin will refuse approval. Contact details must only be provided in your login credentials.
All transactions (adding a listing as Seller or viewing Seller details as Buyer) are paid. Platform fees are decided from time to time — always check the current fees before making payment.
No. All fees paid to Companydeals are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please read all details carefully before payment.
Listings remain live for two months from the date of payment.
Your listing will automatically be removed. If you want to continue, you need to re-add and pay the applicable fees again.
Click Pay to view Seller Details, make the payment, and you’ll see the Seller’s Name, Email, and WhatsApp Number. You can then contact them directly.
Yes. Any number of buyers can show interest, pay the fee, and view Seller details. Listings remain open until the Seller marks the deal as closed.
The listing moves to the Deal Closed section and becomes unavailable for new buyers. The number and amount of deals done is credited to both Buyer and Seller credentials, which future parties can view.
Yes. You can remove companies from your dashboard at any time.
Yes. The Seller sees your Name, Email, WhatsApp Number, and your credentials (total previous deals and amount of deals done). This helps Sellers assess Buyer credibility.
Yes. When a Buyer shows interest and pays, their details (Name, Email, WhatsApp, number of previous deals, and total deal amounts) appear on your dashboard.
You must mark the listing as closed. This keeps platform data accurate and fair for all buyers.
Featured Listing is a paid service (currently for Companies Section only) where your listing is showcased on the website’s front page. For details, email companydeals4u@gmail.com.
No. Companydeals only connects Buyers and Sellers. The platform is not involved in negotiations, transactions, or guarantees of any kind.
